Property Development Finance – three types
We have commercial relationships with 35 active lending organisations, it serves you to work with us – as you get significantly more value by doing so. These lenders are split into three funding tiers.
Generally our property development clients have properties that fall into three core categories.
1. Refurbishment – typically purchasing a property that is in need of refurbishment, that once completed will be worth substantially more than on purchase.
2. Conversion – typically purchasing a property that would be converted into more than one dwelling, e.g. purchasing a single dwelling and converting it into multiple dwellings.
3. New Build – typically the purchase of land and/or property for demolition, and the building of new properties on the land.
