We sit between all funders. Our job is to establish what you want and fit it to the lender suited to your requirement. All lenders vary and, strangely, their appetite to lend money varies throughout the year.
Some of these lenders are available on the "high street", in other words the type you can walk into on the high street. These lenders all offer a very similar solution, but with marginal differences and will do business on their terms.
Our real strength though, is "off high street". These lenders are not available to you directly, are more flexible and want to do business on your terms. These funders will for example:-
- Lend up to 85% loan to value on commercial freeholds.
- Lend to new start businesses or those with no trading history.
- Lend to clients with a peppered or poor credit history.
- Offer commercial mortgages up to 30 years.
- Offer Interest Only Options – keeping your repayments lower.
