Land Acquisition Finance
Land acquisition finance can provide up to 100% of the purchase price of a site and allows clients to pursue a number of different strategies.
The site's value can be boosted, allowing it to be sold or refinanced once the potential has been realised through the granting of new or improved planning permission (also known as a ‘ticket’).
Once the 'ticket' has been granted, the loan can be converted to a development finance facility allowing property investors to complete a development on the site – generally reaping a higher return on their investment, as they increase the value added to the land.
Greenfield or Brownfield sites can be funded with full or outline consent and, in certain circumstances, a loan will be provided purely against the development potential of the site.
