Q1. You are based on the South Coast. I am a Scottish developer – can you help me?

A1. We have a team of people to manage development for the whole of the UK. In fact we are looking to expand into Europe in 2009, so distance is not a problem. We will always come out to see you. Call us.

Q2. Like most developers I have reached a point where all my cash "is out", but I have a property development opportunity that needs funding – can you help?

A2. You're situation is not unusual – quite the opposite. Most developers are asset rich and cash poor – in cycles. This isn’t uncommon given that their cash flow models can over run. Of course we can help. Our business is not to judge about how much cash you do or don’t have BUT to get the development funded. The rule of thumb is the greater the contribution from you the better rate of interest you will command and the more profit you will make.

Q3. I feel a little unnerved by my lack of knowledge in finance. Is this a hindrance to me securing funding?

A3. Absolutely not. Ours is the money business. Therefore you don’t need to have the tools to speak to bankers. You can call on our experience (and we want you to) – this is our job. Speak to us.
